Olav Stokke
joined High Density Devices AS late 2008. Before joining HDD he was founder/co-founder and CEO of NextGenTel, the second largest broadband and xDSL Service Provider in Norway. NextGenTel was successfully listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2003 (IPO) and was acquired by TeliaSonera in 2006. Olav Stokke was Head of TeliaSonera Broadband Services, Norway (NextGenTel) until he left the company in June 2008. He holds an MSc Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics from NTH, Trondheim (NTNU) from 1980 and holds a Business Degree from BI, Bergen from 1990. Before founding NextGenTel, Olav Stokke was involved within telecommunications both internationally and nationally, involving both hardware and software related businesses. Olav Stokke holds board positions (e.g. Chairman of the Board of Napatech) and manages his investements and services via GentleCap AS.

Trond-Erik Bognø
joined High Density Devices in August 2008. Before that he was co-founder and former Sales Director (CSO) of NextGenTel. Previous to founding NextGenTel in 2000, he was Director of sales and distributors in Hasbro Nordic and parts of Northern Europe based in Copenhagen. In addition, he has held various positions within sales since he started his professional career.

Adnan Visic
joined HDD in 2002 as a hardware encryption developer and became CTO in 2007. He holds a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Technology. Prior to joining HDD, he was a software developer in the R&D department of Ericsson in Norway.
Markedsdirektør - Marketing Director (CMO)
Tormod Fjellgård
has has over the years been involved in HDD's overall marketing, product management, certification and general management activities, and he holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Leicester University, England. He currently holds the position as Marketing Director (CMO) at HDD.
Produksjonsdirektør - Production Director (CPO)
Bjørn Nilsen
joined HDD during August 2008. Before that, Bjørn Nilsen was co-founder and CTO of Nextgentel AS. Prior to founding Nextgentel in 2000, he was Technical Director of Saudi Globalstar Operations Company in Riyadh. He has held various technical positions at Nera TeleScada where he was Development Director, Norwegian Telecom Administration working with mobile systems and in European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) in Paris, working on the GSM system.". He holds an MSc ("Sivilingeniør") Degree from NTH, Trondheim (NTNU).
