Erik Sandersen

Erik Sandersen is a Partner in Incitia Ventures a leading Norwegian venture capital firm. He has a wide management experience from early-stage and public IT companies. He has also worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and Andersen Consulting (Accenture), including managing director of Circle Innovation, member of the international management team of IconMedialab, and CEO of Hands ASA.

Mr Sandersen holds a Siv Ing degree from NTNU and an MBA from Stanford University

Knut Dannevig

has recently taken over the position as head of Tønnevold Venture & Investment AS. Knut has a long managerial background from heading companies and projects, both "early stage" companies  and well established firms. He has a broad experience from business development and as board member of small and large companies. Knut has for the last 10 years been combining the position as the managing director of Johan G. Olsen Shipbrokers AS in Kristiansand with offering managerial and financial consultancy services. Knut has a Master of Science degree from Plymouth University, England. Knut has been a Board Member of High Density Devices AS since May 2008.

Stein Surlien

Stein Surlien joined the Board of Directors of HDD AS in October 2009. At present, Stein Surlien is Senior Vice President, Alliances and Channels, in Oracle EMEA. In this role, he has overall responsibility for all elements of Oracle’s partner programme in the region. Prior to taking the EMEA Alliances and Channels leadership role, Mr. Surlien managed Oracle Norway as the Country Managing Director for six years. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Surlien worked as Managing Director for Santech Micro Group in Norway. Between 1983 and 1996, he worked at Hewlett-Packard in various sales and country management functions in Norway and Sweden, including the position of Managing Director of HP Sweden. Mr. Surlien holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering, Cum Laude from the University of Utah. He has also studied at London Business School, Harvard University, Solstrand Management Institute (Norway), and the IFL Institute of Finance and Accounting (Sweden).

Arnfinn Tveit

Arnfinn Tveit is President of Wirescan AS. He is chairman and board member of several technology growth companies. Arnfinn Tveit has a long engineering and managerial background from the telecommunication equipment industry. Over the years Arnfinn Tveit has had senior positions within most functions in this industry, including R&D, project management, manufacturing, sales and marketing and general management. He was with the Nera group until 2000, last position being president of Nera Networks. After leaving Nera he joined the Microwave Communication Division of Harris Coproration as Vice President of PLM and marketing.  Arnfinn Tveit has also worked as management consultant for PA International Consultants for three years. He has his M. Sc. (Siv.ing.) degree from NTH, Trondheim, 1968 and completed a one year management development program at North European Management Institute (NEMI), Oslo, in 1973. Arnfinn joined the board of HDD as chairman in June 2008.

Torje Tvedt

graduated in 2006 from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and NTNU School of Entrepreneurship with a Master of Science. Torje Tvedt has previously been co-founder of two startup companies, and serves currently as a Project Engineer in WellDynamics. Torje Tvedt has been a Board Member of High Density Devices AS since March 2008.
